Food was horrible and usually cold. Nursing staff was curt and generally unhelpful. Brought pain medicine 1-1/2 hours afterrequested several times and I had just had major surgery. I would never go back or recommend to even my worst enemy. in the picture, the meat tasted like cat food and looked like cat food and the macaroni had mayonnaise and that’s it. The only thing else was the meal was a pack of saltine crackers. The nurse told me that that’s all we have and it ain’t much but that’s it.

Facility certainly not the fanciest or best appointed but neighborly and caring. Pretty grounds and courtyard. Extremely helpful staff especially Jackie Bright at front desk.

As we entered the center, we were greeted right away. The attendant asked who we were there to see. We were then told to check in on the computer to the right of us. The attendant told us the room that we needed to go to! Everyone there treated us very well! 😊😊

I have been there twice to visit someone and both times the staff members were super kind and super helpful. I can tell they are taking very very good care of my friend.

The team at this facility has always worked to assure I understood the condition and next steps for my loved one. The physical therapy and nursing teams are caring and dedicated — as are all of the staff.

Before my husband came for some rehab he was walking around just fine and could go to the bathroom by himself just fine BUT WHEN HE RETURNS HOME he was unable to walk he couldn’t feed himself i had to help him to the bathroom because he was unable to move his legs and he fell out of the bed at the rehab and was on the floor the so called staff took hours to come to his aid he was thinner than ever PLEASE PLEASE DO! NOT! EVER! EVER! EVER! TAKE! ANYBODY THAT YOU LOVE OR CARE ABOUT TO! JIPA! PLEASE! YOU! WILL! BE! SORRY!!!

While staff communication could be improved, I would rate this establishment as fairly satisfactory if I were to provide a review.

Friendly staff. I needed an extra chair today for a family members birthday, they were happy to help. Happy Birthday BNL Albert.

This has been a very welcoming experience for my family. We are overall grateful for the care and service this facility provides for my family. They have done a remarkable amount renovations giving the facility a beautiful facelift along with the staff seem to have a lot of new faces as well . We are very appreciative for the dedication and commitment this facility provides for their patients.

If you care about your loved one, stay away from Johns Island Post Acute. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The building smells bad all the time and is grungy and dirty. The food is barely adequate. They lose patients clothes until you demand they find them but the staff always blames the problems on other staff. The person at the front desk seems uninterested and uncaring. I’m only giving it 3 stars because the PT/OT staff are the ones that truly care and do their job.

I am okay with some of the staff but there’s truly room for improvement. So of the staff Really Love their position and shows great concerns and some needs a little more training when dealing with others family members

The staff is awesome they are wonderful to the patients. My Dad is here and I can bring his dog to him every day. He has no problem with getting what he needs Thank you so much for being so great to my Dad

This place is awesome. Right there with anything you need and pleasant friendly care. Unlike other places the food is good and hot. They even have a fridge for the residents and they deliver what you want from it. They store it with your name on it. Have an outdoor secured area you can bring your dogs. Extremely pleased.

The place smells bad. The walk through was emotionally devastating to hear patients crying out for help
